About Dr Brooke
I'm an Obstetrics and Gynaecology senior resident doctor in London, a mum of three, and the author of Bloody Powerful, my taboo-busting book about periods, menopause and everything in-between. My clinical experience focuses on benign gynaecology, minimally invasive surgery and high-risk obstetrics.
I built my social media platforms to educate and inform the public with the information I wish all my patients had access to.
Across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube I create clear, evidence-based content on everything from periods to menopause. Alongside my clinical work I speak, advise women's health companies, teach private antenatal classes, and partner with brands I trust.
